April Payment Information

In order to better protect our staff and tenants the following precautions are being taken in regards to making your April payments. We highly encourage all of our tenants to take advantage of our online payment option. If you need help setting this up, please contact a manager in the office. If paying online is not an option for you- please use our phone service. Call our office, 801-377-5900 during business hours, and an on-site manager will help you complete an over the phone payment. If you must pay in cash, although advised against by the county health department, please leave your cash payment in an envelope with your name, unit number and phone number. We will process these payments as quickly as we receive them. Email as well as mailed receipts are available. We appreciate your understanding as we try to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
