Limited Gate Access for Your Benefit

A question I get a lot from prospective tenant is our gate hours, which are 5AM-11PM. Some people are fine with this, while others find it a disservice and reason to choose to store elsewhere. But despite what they’re thinking- this policy is in place for the safety and protection of their belongings. Closing our gate at 11PM ensures that nobody can go inside our gate while its dark out and while nobody is awake and watching to do as they please with our property as well as theirs. This policy has been set in place along with many others to help us provide the highest level of security and safety for the items you are storing with us.
